You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Responsibilities: • Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area • Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed • Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours • Assist guests with any questions or concerns that they may have in a prompt and friendly manner Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Compensation: $14 - $14.50 hourly
