Job Description:
As a Morning Floater at Little Duckling Early Learning you will be vital in ensuring a welcoming and smooth start to each day. Your responsibilities will include assisting with opening duties, greeting parents and children warmly, and providing support in classrooms as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in opening and preparing the school for a successful start.
· Warmly greet parents and children, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
· Support classroom activities and transitions, ensuring safety and engagement.
· Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide a seamless morning routine.
· Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards throughout the center.
· Assist Head Cook with preparing meals and snacks according to recipes and dietary requirements . Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent, CDA or higher preferred.
· Previous experience in childcare or similar settings is desirable.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
· Must be 18 years of age.
· Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Hours:
6:00am-1:00pm
Payscale: $15.50hr to $17hr
