JOB DESCRIPTION: E-COMMERCE MERCHANDISER

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES

Reporting to the ReStore Collection Supervisor, this role will drive the operational functions of the online business. The E-Commerce Merchandiser will also support our Boutique as a representative of the brand and working to solve any problems that may come up.

· Add and manage product listings on our websites, eBay

· Create content about our products: Articles, Blog, Buyer's Guides, Pictures, Videos, etc.

· Assist with customer support and sales via phone and email

· Assist in upstream reporting.

· Attend department and company-wide meetings.

· Own the outbound shipping process.

· Excel at Excel -- You must be the spreadsheet master.

· Proficient in Photoshop and Office Suite.

· Must be able to lift (30-40+ lbs)
