Responsibilities: • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to Qualifications: • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 at plan commission
