Responsibilities: • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Qualifications: • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Experience with client-facing conversations and building relationships at a high level Compensation: $95,000+ at plan yearly
