Responsibilities: • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field • Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Compensation: 93000 - 92000 yearly
