Responsibilities: • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications: • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 at plan
