What you'll get: • Thousands of fresh leads daily • In-house processing • Custom-built CRM to manage and track clients • Dental, Vision, and Medical Insurance + 401k • Referral Program Responsibilities: • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications: • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred, but not required • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, etc. • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $87,500 - $200,000 at plan yearly
