We’re looking for a driven Mortgage Branch Development Recruiter to expand our loan officer network. In this commission-based role, you'll identify and recruit top mortgage professionals to grow our team. Base salary plus commissions. Responsibilities: • Identify, recruit, and onboard top-performing loan officers to expand our mortgage branch network. • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract mortgage professionals. • Build relationships with loan officers through networking, outreach, and industry events. • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company goals. Qualifications: • MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • 5+ years of Mortgage Industry experience • Recruiting background familiar with growing a business Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly
