    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Mortgage Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, referral partners, and real estate professionals. You will represent our mortgage products and services, educate prospects on their benefits, and refer them to a loan officer to secure the best financing options for their needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospect and Generate Leads:

    Identify new business opportunities and potential referral sources such as real estate agents, financial advisors, and builders.

    Actively seek out and contact prospective clients through networking events, cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.

    Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into potential mortgage clients.

    Build Relationships:

    Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, brokers, and financial institutions.

    Act as the primary point of contact for these partners and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

    Sales Strategy and Development:

    Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement a strategic sales plan that targets specific markets and client segments.

    Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for promotional activities, campaigns, and outreach programs.

    Regularly review and analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.

    Client Education:

    Educate potential clients about the company’s mortgage products, services, and the benefits of home financing options.

    Assist clients in understanding the loan application process and guide them through the necessary steps.

    Work closely with loan officers and other team members to provide a seamless and efficient client experience.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and sales metrics using CRM systems or other tracking tools.

    Provide regular updates to management regarding progress toward sales goals, pipeline status, and market trends.

    Assist in the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
