Whether you're new to this field or have some experience, you're ready to hit the ground running. • If you have experience (even just a little) in a customer-facing role or a related field, that's a huge plus. Establish lasting relationships with borrowers, agents, and referral partners to create a loyal and seamless experience from start to finish. • Loan Process Expert: Help guide borrowers through every step of the loan process—whether digital, by phone, or in person—ensuring they understand what’s happening at all times and feel supported. • Attention to Detail: Gather and prepare all necessary documentation with precision, ensuring that loans move smoothly from the front of house, to the back. We call this the “Transfer of Trust”. • Customer Service Guru: Be the go-to person for clients, answering questions and providing exceptional service that • Mortgage Knowledge Buff: Be in-the-know on loan products such as FHA, VA, CONV, and USDA. Your expertise will help ensure that clients are always matched with the right product for their needs. • Collaborative Team Member: Work closely with Originators, processors, and the operations team to make sure everything runs like clockwork. • Problem-Solver: of issues that arise, solve them quickly and efficiently, and keep clients happy and on track for closing. • Lifelong Learner: We’re all about growth here. Things change daily in the mortgage industry, and it’s extremely important to have someone who is always eager to learn more. Qualifications: • NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired • At least 2-3 years of professional office environment required, preferably as an administrative or mortgage assistant • Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required Compensation: $40,000 - $56,000 plus bonus
