Establish lasting relationships with borrowers, agents, and referral partners to create a loyal and seamless experience from start to finish. • Loan Process Expert: Help guide borrowers through every step of the loan process—whether digital, by phone, or in person—ensuring they understand what’s happening at all times and feel supported. • Attention to Detail: Gather and prepare all necessary documentation with precision, ensuring that loans move smoothly from the front of house, to the back. We call this the “Transfer of Trust”. • Customer Service Guru: Be the go-to person for clients, answering questions and providing exceptional service that • Mortgage Knowledge Buff: Be in-the-know on loan products such as FHA, VA, CONV, and USDA. Qualifications: • NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired • At least 2-3 years of professional office environment required, preferably as an administrative or mortgage assistant • Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required Compensation: $40,000 - $56,000 plus bonus
