What You’ll Do as a Loan Officer:

• Source New Business – Develop and maintain referral relationships with Realtors, builders, attorneys, and financial professionals

• Match Clients with the Right Products – Use your mortgage expertise to guide clients through tailored loan solutions

• Analyze & Advise – Review credit, income, and financial documentation to help clients make confident decisions

• Market Your Brand – Use co-branded marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital campaigns to grow your presence

• Deliver Smooth Closings – Work closely with dedicated local processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely and efficient closings

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of mortgage origination experience

• Demonstrated ability to self-source and close loans across Florida

• Deep knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo products

• Local market knowledge in West Palm Beach, South Florida, Central Florida, or the Panhandle

• A relationship-first mindset and entrepreneurial approach to business growth

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NMLS license

• Ability to pass background screening

• Strong communication and client service skills
