Responsibilities: • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Qualifications: • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
