Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications: • NMLS #, Licensed loan officer. • Proven history of originating purchase loans. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Compensation: $76,000 - $250,000 yearly
