Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Qualifications: • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations Compensation: $50,000 yearly
