We're looking for a Mortgage Loan Partner / Production Manager who is driven, organized, and well-versed in mortgage guidelines to help us deliver an exceptional experience to our clients and partners. This role is crucial in pre approving clients, keeping deals on track, supporting borrowers through the loan process, and strengthening relationships with referral partners, past clients, real estate agents, business partners, and underwriters. Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage origination support / processing and be bilingual (Spanish Speaking). Benefits Offered: • Health/vision/dental • 401k matching • Paid time off • Outstanding company culture Responsibilities: • Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service • Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed • Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items • Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator • Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Qualifications: • Possess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients • 5+ years of professional office environment experience as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant preferred • MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
