    Join Our Fast-Paced Real Estate Team as a Mortgage Loan Officer! WANTED: HARDWORKING LOAN OFFICERS FOR A HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM! Join us and access a network of 80 real estate agents daily! We need loan officers to call on refis for over 800 closings!! We're looking for dedicated loan officers with a TEAM mentality, not an INDIVIDUAL mentality! GROWTH POTENTIAL with high-volume closings. Key Skills: • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients • Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage products • Effective relationship management and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: • Originate high-quality mortgage loans • Analyze detailed financial and credit data to match customer needs with appropriate loan programs and risk levels • Manage loan pipeline on a daily basis to ensure timely processing • Act as a liaison between all parties involved in mortgage transactions • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners • Ensure compliance with all anti-money laundering plans, quality control standards, and company policies • Strong team mentality, hardworking, and fully committed to our approach Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer • Must possess a valid MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) License with the State of California If you're not prepared to integrate fully into our team-oriented approach, commit to our process and WORK HARD this opportunity might not be the right fit for you. Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
