What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced, self-generating originators, producing branch managers, or existing teams looking to grow

• Professionals located in Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Naples, Pensacola, or other Florida markets

• Individuals with deep referral relationships in real estate, construction, or financial services

• Bilingual originators or those serving multicultural markets are strongly encouraged to apply

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of mortgage sales experience, including experience with conventional and government loans

• Active NMLS license and clean background check

• Strong communication skills and a reputation for customer-first service
