Responsibilities: • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business Qualifications: • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
