We are adding a highly motivated and experienced Inside Loan Officer with a proven track record in mortgage phone sales, specifically in refinance transactions and converting internet leads into closed deals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has the ability to quickly build rapport, assess borrower needs, and guide clients seamlessly through the loan process. You will be accepting in-bound live transfers, call backs from mailers, and dialing outbound internet leads. This is an in-office, W2 role that pays a salary + commission and requires you to be in the office accepting or making calls for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Responsibilities: • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Qualifications: • Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Compensation: $40,000 - $150,000 yearly
