Mortgage Loan Partner - Processing Assistant
Are you an experienced mortgage professional looking to advance your career? Simple Mortgage Solutions is seeking a Loan Partner/Asst Processor/Office staff to support our top-performing Originators. In this key role, you'll guide borrowers through the loan process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish. The position will require some other office duties such as answering phones, mailing items out and running errands for the office. You will need to be able to communicate efficiently with our Processors and other Loan partners in the office to insure we help clients close on time. Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with borrowers, agents, and referral partners. • Guide clients through loan applications and document collection. • Keep all parties informed and on track throughout the loan process. • Stay knowledgeable about FHA, VA, CONV, and USDA products. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain timelines. • Embrace continuous learning to improve team processes. • Help with marketing materials that need to be sent out of the office. • Have some understanding of Commercial loans or be willing to learn. Qualifications: Who You Are: • 2+ years of mortgage experience (5+ preferred) in roles like Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, or Underwriter. • Knowledgeable in credit reports, income/assets, and loan structuring. • NMLS licensed or willing to become licensed. • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. • Proficient in DU, LP, and mortgage systems. Compensation: $32,000 - $50,000 yearly
