    Job Description: As a Mortgage Processor, your role is to ensure the efficient processing of mortgage applications from start to finish. This involves reviewing applications, collecting and verifying necessary documentation, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You'll need attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work within regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities: • Review mortgage applications for completeness and accuracy • Collect and organize required documentation • Verify applicant information, including employment, income, and credit history • Communicate with loan officers and underwriters • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies • Manage timelines to meet processing deadlines • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries • Resolve discrepancies and issues during the application process • Conduct quality control checks on loan files • Calculate debt-to-income ratios and determine loan eligibility • Prepare loan files for underwriting review • Maintain knowledge of current lending guidelines and regulations • Communicate with borrowers to provide updates on the loan process • Sending docs out, HOI/Payoffs, Appraisals, and Pest Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in mortgage processing • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and regulations • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
