The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the loan process, from origination to close, while paying close attention to the compliance of current lending policies and regulations. Responsibilities: • Reviews and analyzes all loan documentation received such as appraisals, loan applications, credit reports, income, assets, and title insurance. • Inputs loan file documentation accurately into necessary software programs. • Reviews and Submits applications and conditions to the underwriter for approval. • Orders third-party documentation and reports. • Provides status updates to Mortgage Loan Officers. • Monitors overall loan processing cycle time to ensure loan closes on time. • Obtains and verifies clearance of all underwriting conditions and prepares the file for submission to closing. • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Proven history of originating purchase loans. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to use video conferencing daily. • College degree is strongly preferred. • Proficient technical skills (Microsoft or Google Suite, experience using a CRM to manage leads, etc.) Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
