We are seeking a customer-focused Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mortgage processing, underwriting guidelines, and title review while maintaining exceptional client care throughout the loan process. Must close ahead of time and have speed at the forefront. This role requires strong communication skills, ensuring clients feel supported and informed from origination to closing. Responsibilities: • Process mortgage loan applications from registration to post-closing. • Validate client documentation for accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines. • Review and obtain credit reports, title reports, appraisals, mortgage payoffs, and verifications of employment/deposit. • Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, realtors, and title companies to ensure seamless loan processing. • Submit loans for underwriting, clear conditions, and prepare all loan documents for closing. • Provide an exceptional customer experience by keeping clients informed, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a smooth mortgage process. • Ensure compliance with all TRID/RESPA regulations and maintain accurate disclosure timelines. • Manage multiple lender portals and process loan files efficiently. • Troubleshoot title issues, including vesting concerns, liens, and judgments. • Maintain a high closing percentage while meeting strict deadlines. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan processing experience. • Software Proficiency: Experience working with LOS. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, AUS (DU/DO/LPA/GUS), risk assessment, and loan structuring. • Customer Service: Proven ability to provide top-tier client support and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders. • Skills: Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally and empathetically with clients. • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity and accuracy. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
