We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriter to join our team in Monterey Park. You will be responsible for evaluating risks and preparing credit reports. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, accounting background, and is able to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: • Perform underwriting due diligence, including analyzing loan packages, working with loan officers and clients in collecting information, conducting independent research and verifications, studying and analyzing professional third-party reports such as appraisal and environmental reports, and conducting site inspections • Prepare credit write-ups • Prepare loan extension or other amendment write-ups • Review and monitor loans post-closing Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business or related field • At least 2 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Demonstrates good communication and writing skills • Excellent time management skills • Detail-oriented Compensation: $68,000 - $72,000
