Post-Closing /Mortgage Loan Shipper Our mortgage team is seeking an experienced post-closing individual with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills to join our growing lending team. This is an in office position located in Muskego, WI Salary will be commensurate with experience Responsibilities: • Make sure all loan documentation is completed accurately and review that loan is in compliance with banking regulations and investor guidelines • Organize, compile, ship and track requested investor loan documents • Address all required investor forms and checklists in a timely manner • Respond to missing documentation requests and notify appropriate personnel or department of any file deficiencies • Along with shipping responsibilities, other post-closing duties may be assigned Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Required high school diploma, college degree preferred • Familiarity with home loans and residential mortgages such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines • 2-3 years minimum in the mortgage industry required, specifically management or purchase of closed loan files or loan delivery • Exceptional organizational skills and a fine eye for details required • Willing to learn new aspects within the department • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize when to ask for assistance • Absolutely must have a positive attitude Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
