We are looking for a skilled mortgage professional to join our team and work alongside our loan officers. This position requires a unique mix of customer service skills and technical skill, plus the ability to provide loan officer support on issues from application to closing. Responsibilities: • Provide Loan Officers with technical support on a range of issues including: AUS, loan structuring, guidelines, underwriting, income calculation, and loan origination. • Help loan officers escalate, restructure, or manage loans in process • Provide additional customer service support • Monitor Loan Officers for adherence to company best practices Qualifications: • Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team • Extensive knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan origination • Extensive experience with loan pricing and structuring • Previous loan origination experience preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
