We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Recruiter to help us source, evaluate, and place top talent who share our commitment to excellent customer service. We will look to you to employ multiple methods and creative strategies to find the very best candidates for the job. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in call-based recruitment, thrives on making connections, and has a strong knack for sales. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, develop relationships with candidates, and work closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals. If you have high-volume, outbound call recruitment experience and a proven track record of successful mortgage industry placements, we’d love to talk. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Responsibilities: • Work closely with hiring managers to build and refine a recruiting process for mortgage professionals (mortgage loan officers, mortgage loan processors, underwriters, etc.) • Build a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with prospects and passive candidates that may be a match in the future • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit • Prospect and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels. • Educate potential candidates about the benefits of Americas Mortgage Professionals. • Set appointments with qualified leads. • Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential candidates using CRM software. • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company services. Qualifications: • High school diploma required - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired • Excellent time management, communication skills, and interpersonal skills • Proficient with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools • Excellent phone skills with the ability to conduct professional and engaging interviews • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry • Previous experience in sales, mortgage industry, telemarketing, is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and concise manner. • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is required. • Must be eligible to work in the United States. Compensation: $70,000 yearly base potential (Plus bonus)
