As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth by building and nurturing relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondent partners nationwide. We’re looking for someone who understands the needs of brokers, communicates with clarity and confidence, and thrives on helping partners grow their pipelines with competitive products and exceptional service. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondents nationwide • Educate partners on Foundation Mortgage’s full suite of loan products • Identify opportunities to help partners expand their business • Provide regular product training, pipeline reviews, and business planning support • Serve as the face of Foundation Mortgage at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely transactions and top-tier service Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a mortgage Account Executive or in a similar sales role • Sales experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services, is preferred • Existing relationships with brokers and correspondents • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, with a particular focus on Non-QM and alternative lending • Proven ability to hit sales goals and grow territory revenue • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Compensation: $2,000 base + 45 basis points from dollar one
