POSITION: Mortgage Servicing Specialist (Level I)

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full time

LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX 76155

SCHEDULE: 7:00 - 4:00

PAY RANGE: $16.00 – $17.27 hourly

ASSIGNMENT: 11/12/2024 to 03/31/2025

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Organize/compile/executive mortgage documentation. This is is an entry level, production driven environment.
• The ideal candidate needs to be familiar with mortgage documents, attention to detail, possess time management skills; previous experience in a warehouse environment, knowledge of document imaging, and is punctual in nature.
• The basic function for this position is extracting and sorting mortgage document packages into collateral and non-collateral files daily.
• Will be prepping, removing staples, post it notes off document to be prepared for scanning. Need something that can handle multi-task work and flexible to be cross trained to work in other areas as needed.
• Performs various entry level production and support functions including receiving, reconciliation, tracking, imaging, and retrieval of mortgage documents and correspondence.
• May be required to perform simple research tasks. In the future this position may be expected to handle more complex responsibilities (those who perform well will be challenged to handle the more complex tasks/duties.)
• The work will be repetitive.
• Contractors will work in an open area, therefore will need to be able to work well in a team environment and can concentrate on the task assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
