    Position: Mortgage Trainer Location: Troy, MI, US Lend-A-Loan LLC is in search of a Mortgage Trainer to become a valuable addition to our team. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver training programs for Mortgage Loan Originators Trainees to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. • Regularly assess Trainees' performance and provide feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge in the mortgage lending process. • Collaborate with the HR department to onboard new MLOs and provide them with the necessary training and resources for success. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to incorporate relevant information into training programs for MLOs. • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality of training provided to MLOs. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator. • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record in training and developing mortgage loan officers. • Proficient in conducting effective training sessions and workshops. Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
