Job Description
Administrative support/file clerk needed for a busy CPA firm in the Pasadena TX area. Looking for a team player, highly responsible, dependable, well organized, and very detailed, with the ability to multi-task.
Heavy filing, copying, and scanning is required, you will also need to be able to answer phones, make appointments and be able to converse with clients as well as our CPA’s and accountants in the office. This is a full-time position and overtime is required during peak tax periods.
