    THE POSITION: We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor with at least THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE.

    • LATEST TECH: You will be using the latest drive technology via iPad, including our new concierge pick up/drop off service (Mossy Select Service) and our sleek digital workflow tool that connects all stages of a customer’s service experience.

    SOMEONE WHO WILL EXCEL IN THIS POSITION:

    • Enjoys being on their feet in a fast-paced, changing environment. Never a dull moment!
    • Has a restless, intense drive to complete tasks in order to accomplish objectives.
    • Is persuasive and outgoing. You genuinely like helping other people.
    • Can organize/manage their day in order to exceed every customer expectation!
    • 3+ years experience as a service advisor

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You are the professional that our customers depend on for any automotive need no matter how small.
    • Greet, perform walk-arounds, write-ups, consult, provide updates and most importantly build a lifelong relationship with every customer.

    THE LOCATION: Mossy Nissan is located near the Energy Corridor in West Houston. We are in an excellent spot directly off I-10 in between Kirkwood and Dairy Ashford. There are superb restaurants, shops, parks, apartments and neighborhoods nearby - in fact Memorial Shopping Mall is 5 minutes away.

    Reduced COVID-19 hours : Mon-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday's (8am-3pm) Rotating
