  • Responsibilities

    The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new residents moving into the senior living community. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the move-in process, including communication with residents and their families, facilitating logistics, and providing support during the transition. The Move-In Coordinator will work closely with the sales, marketing, and care teams to deliver a positive experience for new residents and ensure they feel welcomed and supported.

    The Move In Coordinator will assist the sales directors with:

    • Answering calls and provide information or route calls to appropriately; place outgoing calls
    • Assist in providing community tours to prospective residents and their families
    • Produce and distribute various documents, including general correspondence, memorandums, statistical reports, presentation materials etc.
    • Compile data for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required; file and copy records
    • Assist in event planning, coordination and set-up

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • One year of related work experience
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the senior population

    Work Schedule:

    • Sunday- Thursday
