Our Staging & Logistics Associates perform a variety of tasks including loading, transporting, unloading, and staging furniture and décor in client homes. You should be physically capable of safely moving heavy objects with team members, able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Responsibilities: • Driving & Transport: Safely drive, load, transport, and stage furniture and décor in client homes. Experience driving a box truck is required.Staging Execution: Follow work orders to accurately place furniture and décor, ensuring each space is thoughtfully designed to appeal to potential buyers. • Inventory Management: Verify all items are accounted for before leaving the warehouse and client’s home, ensuring nothing is missing. • Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients when necessary about preferences or requests related to setup or staging. • Protection & Safety: Wrap furniture and décor in protective materials to prevent damage during transportation and setup. • Heavy Lifting: Safely lift, move, and place fragile, large, and heavy items, ensuring no damage occurs to inventory or client property. • Truck Packing & Organization: Pack and organize the box truck efficiently, securing items for safe transportation to the project site or warehouse. • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by regularly tidying, organizing inventory, and ensuring materials are properly stored. • Collaboration: Work closely with the staging team and warehouse manager to ensure smooth and timely project execution. • Assembly & Setup: Assist with furniture assembly, unboxing, and art hanging as needed on staging projects. Qualifications: • Physical abilities such as stairs, bending, lifting, standing, and moving 50 pounds alone or 100+ pounds with team members are required • A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus, but not required • Applicant should be collaborative, reliable, and have excellent customer service and communication skills • High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required • Applicant must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
