Job Title: Moving Sales Consultant Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - Remote/On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / Office Representative to join our dynamic team at Pittsburgh Moving PGH LLC. We are a small, family-owned and operated moving company with a close-knit office staff, where teamwork and a friendly atmosphere are key. This position is responsible for handling sales inquiries, coordinating moving services, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to drive sales while managing office operations efficiently. This is a hybrid position, meaning some tasks may require you to be in person at our office while others can be completed remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding moving
services.
Provide accurate pricing estimates and explain service options.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales and schedule moves.
Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
Assist in coordinating moving schedules with operations and dispatch teams.
Process contracts, invoices, and payments.
Address customer concerns and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
Support office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promotions.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, but hours may be reduced to part-time during slower seasons.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday Off - Sundays and Wednesdays 9AM - 5PM
Flexibility: Some weekend or evening hours may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or office administration
(preferably in the moving or logistics industry).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and phone systems.
Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment.
Customer Service: A proactive and problem-solving attitude to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: 45k - 55k per year + commission
