POSITION:
HR GENERALIST
REPORTS TO
HR MANAGER
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
THE HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST HELPS TO SUPPORT THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER WITH THE SUCCESSFUL RUNNING OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT. THIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SPEARHEADING EVENTS, HELP COORDINATE BENEFIT MONTHLY ENROLLMENT, SUPPORT PAYROLL ADMINS WHEN NEEDED, COMPLETE NEW HIRE ONBOARDING AND ORIENTATION, AND SUPPORT THE HR MANAGER WITH DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. THIS ROLE PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER AS NEEDED, INCLUDING RECORD-KEEPING, FILE MAINTENANCE, HRIS ENTRY, REPORTING AND OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
COMPLETE ONBOARDING AND ORIENTATION FOR CALL CENTER NEW EMPLOYEES.
COMPLETE ASSIGNED REPORTING ALONG WITH PROVIDING ACCURATE DOCUMENTS .
COMPLETE WAGE VERIFICATIONS FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.
FOCUS ON SUPPORTING THE RECRUITING INITIATIVES.
SPEARHEAD COMPANY EVENTS WITH OUTREACH EVENTS AND FUN MONTHLY EVENTS FOCUSED ON EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION.
BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEAM MEMBERS.
IMPLEMENT COMPANY CULTURE, VALUES AND POLICIES.
TIMELY RESPONSE TO UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS ALONG WITH KEEPING AN ACCURATE LOG.
ASSIST WITH THE ENROLLMENT OF ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES IN MEDICAL BENEFITS.
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE HR MANAGER.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BACHELOR'S DEGREE- HR RELATED DEGREE PREFERRED
TWO YEARS’-FOURS YEARS RELEVANT HR EXPERIENCE.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
EXPERIENCE WITH MAC OS.
EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT EXCEL AND WORD.
EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLE DOCS AND SHEETS.
DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES, COMMUNICATIONS, BUSINESS OR A RELATED FIELD IS PREFERRED.
