As a DFW home-grown pest control company, Moxie Pest Control is now one of the fastest growing pest control organizations in the United States! We are looking for results-driven sales representatives to work door-to-door starting early November in assigned neighborhoods in Dallas, TX to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Growth is a priority here at Moxie, and we offer many opportunities for our employees to grow with us into higher level positions!
Sales reps will sell one-year agreements to Moxie’s residential pest control service and will be compensated $180 - $200 per account sold. There is no cap in commission as more accounts are sold. Top sales reps work hard and talk to 40 to 60 prospects per day and apply their sales training effectively.
On the job training will be provided to all sales reps via video and in-person to make sure you are set up for success!
To be hired into this position, you must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to drive to neighborhoods each day.
Sales reps will be hired as 1099 contractors.
Qualifications:
Individuals must be prepared to go door-to-door visiting prospects
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license from your home to the field
Basic Computer Skills – Comfortable using phone and iPad to input and manage leads
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence
Proven ability to inform on Moxie Residential Pest Control Services, while maintaining sharp attention-to-detail
Hours will vary depending on the season – 11:00am – 7:30pm (fall/winter); 12:30pm – 8:30pm (summer)(spring/summer). Monday through Friday year-round.
Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell Moxie Residential Pest Control Services, using solid arguments to prospective customers
Focus on core values, including integrity, gratitude, hard work, making and keeping commitments, and building sales skills
Have a desire and an obsession for working with people to solve problems and improve processes, eagerness to learn, and understand the business
Reach out to prospects in-person to identify needs and provide solutions
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Strong understanding of the Moxie strategy and demonstrate passion and enthusiasm with Moxie customers
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Track sales and status reports
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
