The NEW Moxy Madison Downtown is hiring a Hotel Cook for the 151-room hotel in downtown Madison, WI opening Spring 2024.
Owned and managed by NCG Hospitality, this property will be the very first Moxy hotel in Wisconsin, a unique lifestyle hotel brand featuring a rooftop bar and restaurant located downtown.
Moxy boldly breaks the rules of a conventional hotel stay – starting with check-in at the Bar. Communal play spaces and a central bar serves double duty as the front desk, delivering a unique playful experience.

How do I make an impact on my team? Our talented and dedicated Hotel Cook Part Timewill provide our guests with appetizing and delicious food.
Set up equipment and prepare food based on the business forecast and catering contracts
Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold and hot food entrees and other prepared foods according to portion and quality standards specified in recipes
Poses complete knowledge of menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portions size and presentation and special handling instructions
Ensure attractive presentation of all food and beverage products
Assist in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related product
Assist the Food & Beverage Manager and banquet staff with catering events
