    Please live in Orlando, FL (and preferably in southeast Orlando area of Lake Nona, Hunters Creek areas - 32827, 32832, 32824); this is a remote work from home position.Min. 5 year experience with customer service and day to day small office operations. Fluent in spanish a plus!Have one part time position (4-5 hrs/day, 5 days per week (20-25 hrs/week) during normal business hours - work from home). NO nights and no weekend work. Could be full time in 3-6 months if wanted.We at Mr. Appliance® are looking for qualified professionals to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests, customer complaints, scheduling, parts ordering, supporting the field staff, reviewing work orders, and coordinating the daily activities. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

    This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

    Specific Responsibilities: - Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner using a desktop phone system and web based software (provided)

    Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints

    support field technicians as needed with gate access, part lookup, and general support

    locate and identify needed parts, order, and track until received

    follow up on accounts receivable and amounts due; call and email customers

    Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

    able to grow into a full time position in 3-6 months

    Job Requirements:

    Minimum 5 years admin experience

    Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to think proactively and multi-task with phone, texts, emails, and computer software

    Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

    Positive Attitude, Likes to Smile! Proactive and finds solutions to solve problems

    Team player who can work independently; reliable, dependent, show up on time, work hard

    Home based work location (requires a computer with internet service, good wi-fi, and microsoft word and excel)

    Requires use of personal cell for texting technicians and occasional client texts or calls; monthly reimbursement provided
