    Make Ready Associate job responsibilities include attaining and maintaining all defined job objectives related to the planning and execution of quick change over, cleaning the press and ancillary equipment and locating cylinders to and from press.

    Our Multi-Color Scottsburg, IN facility has added multi-million dollar equipment and have jobs available immediately for Press Support (Make Ready) Associates.

    Shift: 12 hour rotation, night shift 6pm-6am

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Attains and maintains all defined job objectives related to the planning and execution of quick change over
    • Cleans press and ancillary equipment
    • Locates cylinders to and from press
    • Related duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Proven stability in work history
    • Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship
    • Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures
    • Regular and predictable attendance, overtime when required
    • Ability to assist with press and/or machinery set-up, run, and clean up
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to differentiate colors (able to pass color test)
    • Ability to read a ruler
    • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency for on-time completion of assigned activities
    • Print shop experience helpful, but not required
