Qualifications: • Proven experience or strong interest in multi-family residential commercial real estate (duplex, triplex, 6-plex, apartment complexes). • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a competitive commercial real estate environment. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. • Real estate license is required or the willingness to obtain one with our support. • Commission opportunity Compensation: $70,000 - $170,000 at plan commissions
