LNDC Inc., a luxury multi-family residential Home Builder in Washington DC. We are seeking a talented and experienced Multi-family Residential Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, planning and scheduling projects, and coordinating with our in-house team of architects and engineers. Responsibilities: • Project Oversight: Supervise subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure high-quality and efficient work throughout the construction process. • Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including construction operations, to ensure timely completion. • Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with our in-house team of architects and engineers to achieve optimal results. • Issue Resolution: Identify and address challenges promptly, utilizing excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. • **Communication:** Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Multi-family Construction Project Manager in the residential construction industry, with a focus on luxury homes. • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000
