    About the Role

    As a Multi-Unit Manager, you will oversee the performance of 4 Heyday locations, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and achievement of financial goals. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be the driving force behind shop-level leadership, coaching Store Managers to create exceptional team and client experiences while meeting or exceeding performance targets.

    You are a hands-on, results-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. By fostering collaboration, setting clear expectations, and providing consistent support, you’ll ensure all shops deliver on Heyday’s mission, vision, and values.

    What You’ll Do

    Shop Leadership & Support

    Manage the performance of 4 Heyday locations, ensuring consistency in client experiences and operational execution.

    Conduct regular shop visits to support Store Managers, assess shop performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

    Build a positive and inclusive team culture aligned with Heyday’s values.

    Set clear expectations for operational standards, service quality, and performance metrics.

    Act as a point of escalation for complex client or employee concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

    Team Development

    Coach and develop Store Managers to lead high-performing teams and achieve shop-specific goals.

    Partner with the Education team to ensure Skin Therapists and shop teams receive consistent training and onboarding.

    Support staffing strategies to maintain appropriate resources across all locations.

    Identify and mentor high-potential talent to create a strong leadership pipeline within your shops.

    Operational Excellence

    Analyze KPIs, sales trends, and shop utilization rates to identify areas of opportunity and implement strategic action plans.

    Oversee scheduling optimization to meet business needs and achieve utilization and rebooking targets.

    Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement local grassroots marketing and client acquisition initiatives.

    Ensure all locations comply with Heyday’s standard operating procedures and loss prevention measures.

    Financial Accountability

    Support Store Managers in managing their shop P&Ls to drive revenue growth and control expenses.

    Monitor key metrics such as client membership conversion, rebooking rates, and client retention to ensure shop-level performance aligns with goals.

    Partner with the Area Manager to establish and execute strategies to meet financial objectives.

    The Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have:

    5-7 years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably in health & wellness, retail, or hospitality sectors.

    A proven ability to manage P&Ls and meet or exceed financial targets for multiple locations.

    Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing Store Managers and teams.

    A deep understanding of client experience, service quality, and operational excellence.

    Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for process adherence.

    Familiarity with employment laws, policies, and procedures.

    Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.

    Flexibility to travel within your market and work non-traditional schedules, including weekends and evenings.

    Preferred but not required:

    Background in beauty, spa services, or wellness.
