Location: Westfield, MA

** Responsibilities:** The Individual Supports Program in Westfield is looking to hire a Coordinator. The qualified candidate will become part of a team focused on improving the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism, who live independently in the community.

Hours: 40 Hours a week - Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to Case Managers
• Participate in the development of ISP’s in accordance with DDS regulations
• Process timesheets and track hours for billing
• Work closely with DDS Service Coordinators and Supervisors
• Maintain quality programming through adherence to agency standards and DDS regulations

Skills required for this position:

• Demonstrate excellent organization skills
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility and work cooperatively with a team
• Communicate clearly both written and orally
• Respond effectively to emergency situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Human Services or a related field with a minimum of 3 years professional experience.
• Bachelors Degree requirement can be replaced with 5 years of Supervisory experience working in the field of Human Services.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and level of education.
