CORY is hiring a Multifamily Business Development Executive who is passionate and driven about multifamily real estate and ready to contribute to exponential growth within an organization that plans to double in size in a handful of years.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Identify and secure multifamily third-party management opportunities while fostering enduring relationships with multifamily owners.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing department to craft persuasive presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders.

• Serve as a distinguished ambassador for the company in high-level meetings and industry conferences.

• Develop and deliver customized proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the partnership.

• Remain abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

• Coordinate client needs for acquisition support, due diligence, underwriting, development consulting, operating performance reviews, market analysis , and general support to existing and new clients.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in multifamily property management, with a preference for candidates with business development and a book of business.

• Must have a deep understanding of multifamily property management laws and standards.

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop winning strategies.

• Be a market expert-understand the demand drivers in the MSA’s both from a renter and an investor perspective.

• Ability to travel as necessary.

Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:

• $175K - $200K base plus additional incentives and lucrative bonuses
