    We are actively seeking a meticulous superintendent with significant construction experience, particularly in Multifamily Hardscapes and Concrete.     Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

    • Collaborate with on-site builders, crews, and inspectors/engineers to determine project specifications.
    • Coordinate and mobilize necessary resources (manpower/equipment/materials).
    • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
    • Coordinate and mobilize crews, delegating responsibilities.
    • Supervise crew work and provide guidance when necessary.
    • Evaluate progress and communicate accurate project billing to the office.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, reporting any issues to senior management.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
    • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
    • Punctuality.
    • Ability to complete paperwork promptly.
    • Clear and efficient communication in English; bilingual a plus but not required.
    • Understanding and compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
