Poolsure, an Aquasol Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Multifamily National Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Houston, TX.
The role will oversee client account transitions, retention efforts, and contract renewals. This role requires a high level of organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex account processes using Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, including accounting and operations, to ensure seamless service and account continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Retention: Proactively review cancellation requests, assess ownership and management transitions, and identify opportunities to retain accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and loyalty.
- Contract Renewals & Agreements: Secure updated agreements for accounts with outdated contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, track account activity, and ensure all transitions are properly documented.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, accounting, and installation teams to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
- Problem-Solving & Follow-Up: Proactively address client concerns, negotiate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in multifamily property management, B2B sales, or account management preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- CRM & Data Management: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with strong attention to detail.
- Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs, negotiate agreements, and provide strategic solutions for retention.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
