Are you looking for purpose-driven work where marketing and communications makes a positive impact on communities around the world? If so, then Committee for Children is a great place to grow your career as a Multimedia Specialist. We're a social enterprise dedicated to advancing the well-being of children through the development of essential human skills.

As a Multimedia Specialist , you'll produce a diverse mix of content-including animations, graphics, videos and audio – that amplifies our mission, strengthens revenue, and enhances brand awareness. More than a creator, you'll be a strategic partner, collaborating across teams to ensure every project supports our goals and resonates with our audience.

    Let's talk about benefits.

What we do matters. But we can't achieve our goals unless we empower every team member to pursue their own goals and live a fulfilling personal life. Our benefits, perks, and rewards are aimed at doing just that: helping you live your best life at CFC.

    • We cover 100% of your premiums for medical, dental and vision coverage and 50% for your dependent's medical and dental premiums
    • Retirement plan + company match up to 3%; CFC also may make an annual discretionary non-elective contribution on your behalf at the end of the year!
    • A flexible work subsidy: $100 per month that you can use on things like phone and internet costs, office supplies, or even commuting costs
    • 16 paid holidays (including winter break and 1 floating holiday), 3 weeks' vacation in your first year, and separate sick leave accrual
    • Other great benefits include: monthly contribution to childcare and/or dependent expenses, FSA account, parental leave, sabbatical leave, employee assistance program, annual wellness reimbursement, growth and development opportunities, disability and life insurance.

What you'll do when you join us:

You'll play a vital role in shaping how audiences connect with our brand. You'll design and produce high-quality multimedia content—animations, videos, graphics, and audio—that captivates and engages audiences across digital platforms like websites, social media, and email campaigns. Leveraging emerging technologies, such as generative AI and augmented reality, you'll push creative boundaries to ensure our content remains fresh, innovative, and impactful. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll transform ideas into compelling storytelling narratives that drive engagement, strengthen revenue, and support go-to-market launches. Your strategic mindset will guide you in optimizing content for performance, while your project management expertise will ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with organizational priorities.

    Here's what we're looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, with a portfolio showcasing innovation, creativity, and technical expertise.
    • A degree in multimedia design, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
    • Creative expertise in producing high-quality, multi-format content that elevates campaigns and enhances user experience.
    • Proficiency in multimedia production tools and platforms, such as Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Cinema 4D, Pro Tools, and HTML/CSS and CorelDRAW.
    • A passion for innovation, with experience integrating new technologies, including AI, into multimedia production workflows.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to align storytelling and design with organizational goals and audience needs.
    • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver results.
    • Note: This position is located in Seattle, Washington and employees are eligible to work remotely in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA.
