    Customer Service Representative

    As a CSR, you will support the planning and execution of authorized retailer locations. You will work closely with the event staff teams to ensure that retail setups are organized, hitting sales targets successfully, and most importantly-- meet the needs of our customers and guests.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help manage customer enrollment and attendance tracking systems
    • Handle inquiries and customer service issues related to events
    • Provide on-site support during promotional events, including setup, teardown, and troubleshooting
    • Assist with post-event activities, such as surveys and data analysis
    • Assist with the planning and coordination of retailers, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics planning
    • Communicate with guests, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful event
    • Prepare materials for promo events such as programs, schedules, and promotional materials

    CSR Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 0-3 years of experience in event planning or related field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional customer service
